Did you sign up previously and now when you login your client list is gone?

Its asking for payment when you've already paid?

Or its not letting you login at all?

You might not be in the right portal.

Pro portal- This is the portal for individual pro plan subscribers and for the clients of accountant level subscribers.

If you are an accountant/lifetime subscriber and want to give your clients access this is the portal you would direct them to.

Accountant portal- This is where users with accountant annual and lifetime/RTP plans would login to manage their client lists.

How to find the login landing pages from the website:

From the homepage when you hover over "Sign in" you will see the option for each portal. Select the appropriate portal and login.

You will notice the URL will say "accountant" when in the accountant portal
